This historically significant waterfront has been subject of a master plan
commissioned by the Government of Monaco. A multidisciplinary team was assembled to phase the future development by producing land use guidelines, waterfront edge design proposals, architectural typologies, new tourism opportunities and commercial development.

The plan has served as the basis for directing major new developments along the entire waterfront including new hotel, recreation, tourism and commercial development.

LANDinc Principal Walter Kehm lead the team as design director while VP of landscape architecture at Project Planning Associates.
